02 / Before you enquire

Five things to check at the venue.

Look at level ground, delivery access, water, drainage and weather before requesting a date. The full checklist sets out a direct question and a practical note for each.

03 / Venue checklist

Walk the site before you send a date.

Use these five records as a personal checklist. Marking an item is for your own review only; it is not a saved assessment or confirmation of venue suitability.

Level ground

Is there a firm, level area where the sauna and separate cold-plunge tub can sit?

Check the whole setup area, not just the parking spot. Note slopes, soft patches and anything overhead that could affect placement.

Delivery access

Can delivery reach the setup area, and is the route clear?

Look at gates, narrow tracks, turns, steps, low branches and the distance from parking. Include anything that would need to be moved before arrival.

Water

Where can water be obtained for the cold-plunge tub?

Identify the usable water point and its distance from the planned tub position. Mention any access restrictions in your enquiry.

Drainage

Where can water drain without affecting the cabin, paths or neighbouring areas?

Check where water will flow and avoid routes across entrances, walkways or places where it could pool. Describe the available drainage when you enquire.

Weather

Is there a practical plan if the weather changes?

Consider exposure at the setup area, the route between sauna and cold plunge, and where guests can change and shelter. Weather arrangements may need to be discussed before a date is agreed.

Venue details can be added to your date enquiry. Completing this checklist does not confirm suitability or availability.

04 / What to expect

From delivery to collection.

A two-person independent business handles the setup and explains safe use before your session or event.

Ask about any venue-specific details in your enquiry so the setup can be discussed before a booking is agreed.

  1. Delivery

We bring the wood-fired sauna and separate cold-plunge tub to the agreed venue.

  2. Setup

We set up quietly, using the venue details discussed with you.

  3. Safe-use explanation

Before use, we explain how to use the sauna and cold plunge safely.

  4. Your session or event

Your two-hour private session or half-day event package takes place. For the event package, one attendant stays for the full event.

  5. Collection

    We return to collect everything.

Preparation note

Have the venue and group details nearby.

Your venue postcode, preferred date, group size and package choice help frame the enquiry. Add relevant access, ground, water, drainage or weather notes in the form if there is something specific to discuss.

05 / Date enquiry

Request a date

This sends an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.

Send only the details needed for this date enquiry. Submitting the form does not confirm availability or make a booking.

The details you enter are used to consider and respond to your date enquiry.

A practical first step

Start with the place, the people and the date.

Check the venue, choose a two-hour private session or half-day event package, then send the details for review.

A date enquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking.
